Bought it for the grandkids' toys in the lounge room and it's the first thing anyone has commented on in that room in years. Goes in the wash too, which with a four-year-old matters.

Common questions
Will it really stand up on its own, or does it slump?
It stands. The quilted walls are thick enough to hold their own shape without a wire frame or a plastic liner, so it stays upright empty, half full or piled to the top. It's the single thing people write in about most, and it's the reason we make them quilted rather than from thin fabric.
What size should I order?
Medium (41 × 56 cm) suits most bedrooms and is the size most people choose first. Small (36 × 46 cm) is right for a bathroom, a child's room or a small unit. Large (51 × 71 cm) is for a family load, or for storing bedding, towels and throws. There's a scale drawing further up the page if you're between two.
How do I clean it?
Day to day, wipe it down with a damp cloth. When it needs more, wash it cool on a gentle cycle and let it air dry — don't tumble dry it, as the heat is what takes the shape out of quilted fabric.
Will the pattern rub off or fade?
No. The design is printed into the fabric rather than stitched or stuck on top, so there's nothing to peel or flake. Wash it cool and keep it out of hours of direct sun and it stays as it is.
Will it look exactly like the photos?
Very close, but not pixel-identical, and we'd rather say so. Each basket is printed and cut individually, so colours, pattern placement and where the design meets at the edges can shift by around 20% from the sample photos. The main design always stays as shown, and sizes can differ by 3–8 cm.
Can I use it for anything other than laundry?
Plenty of people do. It works as toy storage in a playroom, blanket and throw storage beside the sofa, spare bedding in a wardrobe, or a tidy-up basket that gets carried room to room at the end of the day.
Is it heavy to carry when it's full?
The basket itself is light — it's fabric, not moulded plastic or wood — so what you're carrying is mostly the washing. The canvas handles are stitched through the body so they take a full load without stretching at the seam.
Can I return it if it's not right?
